Everything on this site is provided for general information. It is not legal, regulatory, financial, tax or engineering advice, and it does not create a professional relationship between you and us.

Programs, rules and deadlines change. Hub entries show their sources and the date they were last verified by a person; confirm details with the linked sources, and with a qualified professional, before you rely on them or make decisions based on them.

The Climate Tracker republishes datasets produced by other organizations, shown as they were published. We name the publisher, the source and the terms of use on each dataset. Those publishers own their data, and your reuse of it is governed by their terms and the attribution shown with it, not by us. We do not guarantee that the data is complete, current or error-free.

You may read the site and use the public API for lawful purposes. Please do not overload or disrupt the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape it in a way that degrades service for others, or use it to send spam. We may limit or block access that does.

The API is provided as is. We may change it, rate limit it or withdraw it, and we do not promise any level of availability.

The site’s own text, design and code are owned by Menlo IQ LLC or its licensors. You may link to pages and quote short extracts with credit. Other than data republished from other publishers, as described above, please ask us before copying substantial portions.

Subscribing is optional and free, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Menlo IQ LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The site links to sources and other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do; continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions can be sent through our contact page. Green Decades is managed by Menlo IQ LLC.
